Getting Started
Journal writing provides a more informal opportunity to reflect on learning, growth, and potential. Journals can also help strengthen writing skills. They afford a time and space for you to do more reflective thinking about topics related to the material, as well as to your own personal and professional goals.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:
· Evaluate progress on capstone project with a focus towards selecting a specialty.

1. In your textbook,

Chapter 8

2. Open your ongoing Capstone Reflection Journal, which you saved in a Word document.
3. Title this new journal entry
PSY-535 5.4 Learning About Life Coaching and Positive Psychology or
I/O Psychology, <Day, Month, Year>.
4. As you write your journal entry for this session, reflect on your capstone project, incorporating what you have learned about life coaching and positive psychology, or I/O psychology.
a. What progress have you made towards identifying a capstone project? What questions do you have about your capstone project?
